1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 90jl offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your Account. 90jl is not liable for losses sustained as a result of a Player's decision not to activate available security features.

4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. 90jl reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, provided that the Player is notified by email to their registered address prior to any deduction. The fee will not reduce the Account Balance below zero.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

In the event of any conflict between this Section 6 and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.3 Bonus Abuse.
